We are excited about the return of live music this season and we are looking forward to welcoming you to After Hours Concerts at The Meadow Event Park. We know you may have questions regarding ticket dates and refunds, safety protocols, and adjustments to our operations. Please read through our guidelines for all our upcoming shows below and do not hesitate to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with any additional questions.
If you have tickets to a show originally scheduled at Innsbrook After Hours, your tickets have been automatically transferred to After Hours at The Meadow Event Park. You will receive an email with more information and refund options. You have 30 days after this announcement to request refunds. Tickets purchased after this time or refund requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
If your event is canceled, you will receive an automatic refund from our official ticketing company, ETIX, within 30 days.
If your event is rescheduled, you will receive an email with instructions on how to refund your tickets. You will have 30 days after the new date announcement to request refunds. Tickets purchased after this time or refund requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
If your event has not announced a new date yet, please hold on to your tickets. You will be receiving an email notification from the ticketing company when the show is rescheduled, along with options on how to request a refund should you choose not to attend the rescheduled event. Note that if you wish to attend the rescheduled show, your original tickets will remain valid for the new date.
We will be implementing safety protocols in accordance with state rules and regulations and industry best practices for all of our upcoming shows. We anticipate these rules will be evolving over time as we grow closer to our concert season. The safety of our guests, staff, and artists is of paramount importance to us and we plan to be in full compliance with the state and local requirements. If it is not reasonable or safe to hold a concert on its scheduled date, we will work with the band to move the show to a new date. If any concert gets rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date or you will have the option to receive a refund.

All staff and volunteers will be subject to a temperature check prior to their shifts and will be required to wear masks and the appropriate PPE at all times. Guests will be asked to wear masks when outside of their pod areas.
Our venue will encourage social distancing wherever possible and will place staff members in high-traffic areas to help direct crowds. We have installed new sanitation stations at key points and will also place signage with our policies throughout the venue.
We are also encouraging contact-reduced payments through our credit card machines and chit system.
The safety and health of our performers, staff, volunteers, and patrons will always be our top priority. Our team is keeping up to date on all state and local regulations and will adjust our safety protocol as we approach our concert season and these guidelines evolve.
